I received the news this evening that my dear friend Frank Gorshin had passed away. As saddened as I was by the news, I couldn’t help but smile as I reminisced about all the terrific memories he has left me with. Frank was with us from the first days of shooting Batman and although I was young and new to the world of acting, Frank treated me with great respect as if I’d been in the business as long as he had. Frank was truly a gentleman and that “one in a million”. Our show was a huge success right from the first episode, and I don’t think anyone would disagree with me when I say that it was in large part due to Frank’s genuine talent.

I will miss you Frank. I consider myself lucky to have been able to work with you all these year, but more importantly I have been able to call you my friend.
