I first want to thank you all for the support and kindness you have given to over the past five decades. It has always been a pleasure to see you and meet you all and I’ve always appreciated you coming to the various events and your patience waiting in those lines to say hello.

Like all things, however, everything must come to an end. After a lot of heartfelt thought and discussion with my family and friend/manager Andrew Goodwin, I have decided that I will no longer be making personal appearances. I need to focus my time and attention on my family and other interests, such as our charity canine rescue. It has been a very difficult decision to make and one that I have put months of thought into. I may from time to time drop by events closer to my home, but as for anything outside of that, it will no longer be possible.
